SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please be aware that we only ship within New Zealand at this stage.

Please allow 1-2 days from ordering for us to dispatch your parcel.

Orders paid by internet banking will be dispatched once payment is received.

Courier costs are

Urban $6.00

Rural: $7.50.

Free shipping over $80 Goods are shipped via Pass the Parcel.

Delivery times are: South Island delivery is overnight North Island allow 2 business days.

Rural delivery please allow 3-4 working day for delivery.

Shipping fee includes handling, packing and shipping charges.

These timeframes may be extended if its Xmas season or we are in lockdown.

RETURNS

If a product is faulty we will replace or refund the said product as our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

NB: postage on returned goods will be your responsibility.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
